This was a huge film project undertaken by Macallan and it was my job to make to work with Charlie Gray and get a great set of advertising and BTS images. Shot over a week in the summer of 2022 this was a great project to be involved in.

The Macallan has released a global campaign film revealing the real-life story of former managing director, Janet Harbinson, who in 1926 crafted the most valuable bottle of wine or spirit ever sold at auction, The Macallan Fine & Rare 1926.

To create the eight-minute biopic, which stars British-American actress Emily Mortimer, the brand collaborated with an exceptional array of leading creative talent including acclaimed director Mike Newell, whose credits include Four Weddings and a Funeral and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The script was written by award-winning screenwriter Allan Scott, whose hits include the recent Netflix series, The Queen’s Gambit.
